ARTS AND CRAFTS COORDINATOR WANTED!!!!!
If you, or someone you know, is interested in volunteering for coordinating
our Arts and Crafts for the 2011 show, please call us NOW. No knowledge of arts and crafts is necessary. Our Arts and
Crafts chairman is responsible for coordinating the vendors and assigning spaces. This person should also be available on
the Thursday before the show to sell admission tickets to participating vendors. Come out and join us! For

Arts and Crafts spaces will be available after April 1, 2011. Until that time, last year's vendors may sign
up for the same spaces they rented in 2010.
Deadline for reserving space is Sept. 1. After that time, no space will be rented. There
will be no exceptions to this rule.
Rentals are $75 for 15' x 15' spaces for the weekend and $100 for the weekend for 20'
x 20' spaces. Vehicles are allowed within a 20' x 20'. No vehicles are allowed in 15' x 15'. All arts and crafts vendors must
also purchase tickets for the show. Three day passes will be available for $23 each and can be purchased on Thursday before
the show or Friday morning before 8 a.m.
